Our Mission

This website exists because every Indian citizen has the right to know the complete, historically documented truth about their history — not a version that has been selectively curated for political convenience.

The mainstream teaching of medieval Indian history in Indian schools has systematically omitted, minimized, and euphemized the documented atrocities of rulers like Firoz Shah Tughlaq — while simultaneously praising them for their public works and administrative achievements. This selective curation constitutes a form of historical dishonesty that dishonors both the victims of those atrocities and the students who are denied this knowledge.

Our mission is simple: present the historical record as documented in primary sources, with complete citations, accessible to every Indian who wants to know.

Our Methodology

Every significant claim on this website follows this process:

1. Primary source identification: We identify the original medieval chronicle or primary text where the claim originates
2. Translation verification: We use established, peer-reviewed translations — not secondary summaries — for primary source quotes
3. Scholarly corroboration: We check whether credentialed historians have accepted the claim in peer-reviewed literature
4. Citation provided: Every claim includes a citation that allows anyone to verify it independently
5. No extrapolation: We do not extrapolate from documented events to undocumented claims — what isn't in the sources, we don't assert

We apply the same standard of evidence to all claims. If a claim about Firoz Shah's actions cannot be sourced to a credible primary or secondary source, it does not appear on this website.
